Michael Lythgoe is an expert group
leader, healer, and adult educator with unique experience creating dynamic
change and sustainable growth for more than 20 years in government, business,
not-for-profit, educational, and healing communities. Mike’s strengths include
emotional and social intelligence, practical and transpersonal psychology,
contemporary adult education, stress management and crisis recovery, strategic
planning, logistics operations, the use of creativity and play in learning and
growth, and business as a living system. As an educator and scholar, Mike
regularly researches and synthesizes diverse conceptual frameworks, converts
complex ideas into practical and actionable steps, and articulates patterns in
group behavior and culture for quality improvement and visionary development.

corporations. Gabriel is an orchestral conductor, entrepreneur, and teacher
specializing in making the People & Culture systems of business visible,
